The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and displayed in the shopping cart. You can choose between "normal shipping", i.e. without tracking, and "insured shipping", with tracking. Jewellery and all international orders, if possible, are only shipped with tracking.
Please note that import taxes/customs may apply to shipments outside the EU.
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for unworn/unwashed clothing and unused products.
Please understand that we do not cover the cost of return shipping and will only refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping cost, once we have received the return.
